Service Description
Initial Appointment – What to Expect At your first appointment, we’ll talk about your medical history, lifestyle, and any concerns you have about your feet, nails, or skin. This could include things like thick or long nails, corns, verrucas, or fungal infections. We will also: • Check the blood flow in your feet by feeling and listening to your pulses • Test how well you can feel things in your feet • Do a visual check of your feet, which includes any routine foot care you may need • Look at your shoes and give you advice if needed Follow-Up Appointment – What to Expect At your follow-up appointment, we’ll review any changes since your last visit and discuss any ongoing concerns you have about your feet, nails, or skin. We will also: • Check the condition of your feet and nails • Carry out any routine foot care you need • Review any previous issues like corns, verrucae, or fungal infections • Look at your footwear and offer advice if needed – feel free to bring a couple of pairs of shoes you wear regularly Please have a current list of medications available.

Terms & Conditions • Please ensure you have a full and up-to-date list of medication available and bring it to your appointment. • No fee if cancelled 48 hours before booking (this will be automatically refunded) • 50% of the fee if cancelled 24 - 48 hours prior to the appointment (this will be automatically refunded) • 100% of the fee if cancelled 0 - 24 hours prior to the appointment
